2/18/12 - this is a tough plan to model as there are 3 Russell funds which are privately managed by multiple managers and hence can't be proxied. We did proxy both Oakmark Equity & Income (OAKBX) and Artisan Mid Cap (ARTMX) within the plan.

1/24/13 - Company changed class of Fidelity Contrafund and Fidelity Growth Fund; we'll keep the same, low cost, versions on our platform. Using ETFs to replicate Russell Sm/Mid Cap and Russell Intl. Growth & Russell Intl. Value fund options.

updated proxy funds so the names tie out to actual plan names. Plan is up to date as of 7/22/2013.

Added DFA Sm/Mid Cap Value account with a proxy of jki to start. Removed Russell SM-MID Cap. Added PAUIX. Plan is well modeled here.

Plan is exactly correct as of 7/14/14. Fund fees on Kivalia are over-estimated relative to the actual plan, so returns should be higher than shown on Kivalia.
